As a small business and independent author, Pootfull takes pride in providing high-quality, made-to-order books. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

All purchases made through Pootfull.com are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Each book purchased is printed specifically for you upon order. Due to this print-on-demand process, we cannot offer returns or refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged or contains a printing defect, please contact our customer support team at help@pootfull.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Please provide:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage or defect

  • Your order number

 

We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement copy at no additional cost.
